Conceptual design of a monument commemorating the victims of Hurricane Maria. Our focus was crafting a space that encapsulates the multitude of experiences endured by a community in the face of a tropical storm. This monument’s design captivates from both aerial and ground perspectives, whether you view it from an elevated point, or approach it at ground level. As you move through it, you’ll discern an inviting pathway weaving through a dense arrangement of forms, providing a sense of openness and hope.
